The SHARPIE MSC1-14 Modified Silicone LM Sealant is a one-component, neutral cure, low modulus hybrid silicone sealant engineered with advanced non-bleed technology. Ideal for demanding weatherproofing and façade applications, this sealant delivers superior elongation, excellent adhesion, and premium non-staining performance on porous substrates such as marble, granite, and concrete.

Designed for construction professionals, it is perfect for sealing exterior joints in aluminum panels, coated facades, prefabricated housing, tiles, and mortar joints—ensuring a long-lasting, aesthetically clean finish with reduced dirt pickup and minimal surface streaking.

Limitations
