HPC® Coating – High-Temperature Thermal Insulation System

HPC® Coating is designed to control heat transfer on surface temperatures up to 450°F (232°C). This water-borne, extremely lightweight coating uses a special acrylic resin blend with ceramic compounds to provide non-conductive thermal barrier protection. The environmentally-friendly, non-flammable formula offers superior insulation performance for hot pipes, tanks, valves, and industrial equipment.

Key Features & Benefits

High-temperature performance – service temperatures up to 450°F (232°C)
Superior thermal conductivity – 0.063 W/mK @ 86°F per ISO 8302/ASTM C 177
Water-based formula – environmentally safe, non-toxic, non-flammable system
Lightweight application – 5.2 lbs per gallon for easy handling and reduced structural load
Marine approved – American Bureau of Shipping certification for maritime use
