Sales Engineer
We are seeking a driven and technically capable Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate combines a solid foundation in mechanical or building-related engineering with the commercial acumen to identify opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and deliver tailored technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow the primary Sales Business Unit, with secondary support responsibilities as assigned.
- Prospect and develop leads within defined market segments through structured sales planning and forecasting.
- To participate and contribute to planning and meeting both long term and short-term business plan goals at both a strategic and tactical level.
- Analyse target market segments to uncover opportunities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
- Research competitors and develop customer-specific technical sales strategies.
- Responsible for sales turnover through product specifying into target projects through Consultants, Architects or Developers
- Work closely with various departments to develop winning technical offers, as well as to participates in the preparation of bid responses based on system designs and project specification.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximise influence and retention.
- Support proposal development and manage end-to-end delivery of technical offers to customers.
- Provide on-site field technical support as required.
Job Requirement:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as design lead for assigned projects within architectural scopes of work
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to refine designs.
- Work closely with project and sales teams to develop design concepts and produce accurate shop drawings
- Interpret technical specifications and translate them into compliant, buildable design solutions
- Creates and maintains design documentation to support the engineering lifecycle
- Apply relevant design principles, standards, and tools to meet project objectives

Requirements

The successful candidate will play a critical role in upholding quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting corrective action where deficiencies are identified.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct systematic inspections of materials, construction methods, and completed works against project specifications and standards
- Perform quality tests, record findings accurately, and verify that results meet required quality benchmarks
- Identify, document, and report non-conformances; coordinate with relevant teams to drive timely corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain complete and audit-ready QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, test records, and compliance checklists
- Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to implement and uphold project quality plans
- Assist in the preparation of quality-related submissions and support internal and external audit processes
Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and contractor work.
