Developed as a protective topcoat, it enhances dirt pickup resistance when used with EcoCoolRoof® membranes and coatings, providing long-lasting protection for both roof and wall systems in demanding urban and industrial environments.

By forming a durable barrier, Dirtyguard resists smog, dust, and airborne pollutants, preserving high solar reflectance (SR) and extending the service life of your cool roof or wall structure.

Its advanced acrylic-silicone formulation delivers exceptional surface durability, UV and weather resistance, and long-term color, ensuring cleaner, brighter, and more energy-efficient walls even under different climates.

Recommended Use & Packaging
