GE SilShield™ 3100 is a low-VOC silicone elastomeric architectural coating used in horizontal and vertical above-grade waterproofing applications. It cures to form a durable, watertight, and weatherproof barrier with excellent resistance to UV, fading, chalking, and natural weathering. The coating is breathable (vapor permeable), primerless on most substrates, and available in 77 standard colors or custom tints. It is designed for long-term building envelope protection .
