The SpecSeal® ES Elastomeric Sealant is a non-halogenated, latex-based, highly elastomeric caulk engineered for passive smoke and fire protection in construction joints. It restores sound attenuation in rated ceilings and partitions, adheres to virtually all construction surfaces, and forms a flexible, moisture-resistant seal that won’t re-emulsify after drying. Free of solvents, asbestos, and inorganic fibers, it is safe, easy to install, and paintable once cured.
