STI SpecSeal® LC Endothermic Firestop Sealant is a latex-based, high solids firestop compound designed to seal joints and penetrations against fire, smoke, gas, and water. It cures to form a flexible, water-resistant shield with endothermic fillers that absorb heat and release water. Non-halogenated and asbestos-free, LC Sealant provides excellent smoke sealing, flexibility, and long-term fire protection up to 4 hours in tested systems.
