GE All Purpose 268 is a one-part, neutral cure silicone sealant formulated for general glazing, sealing, and caulking of both interior and exterior joints. This 100% silicone-based sealant is ideal for windows, doors, flashing, metal roofing, gutters, and ducting. It cures at room temperature with atmospheric moisture, offering durable flexibility, strong adhesion, and weatherproof performance. Its low odour neutral cure chemistry makes it safe and effective on sensitive substrates.

Surface Preparation & Application

• Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry — clean with alcohol, xylene, or MEK
• Do not use soap, detergent, or water
• Apply masking tape along edges for clean lines
• Priming is recommended for difficult substrates (use TOSPRIME C, D, or E)
• Tool the sealant within 5 minutes for best adhesion

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store below 30°C in a dry area
• Shelf life: 12 months from manufacture date (unopened)
