SpecSeal® AS200 Elastomeric Spray – High-Performance Joint & Perimeter Fire Protection

The SpecSeal® AS200 Elastomeric Spray is a water-based, non-halogenated, flexible coating designed for protecting construction joints, curtain wall safing gaps, and select through-penetrations. Forming a durable, moisture-resistant film, it delivers excellent movement capability and is UL-classified for up to four hours of fire resistance. Compatible with spray-applied fire resistive materials (SFRM), it offers low abrasion for longer pump life, easy application by spray, brush, or trowel, and paintable finishing.
