GE Elemax™ 2600 Air & Water Resistive Barrier Coating is a 100% silicone, one-coat air and water-resistive barrier (AWB) for the building envelope. Applied in a single coat without primer, it cures quickly to a seamless, durable membrane that is vapour-permeable yet airtight, helping to control moisture and humidity inside the building, maintain indoor air quality and improve energy efficiency. It is UV-resistant once cured and stays elastic after years of exposure to weather extremes.
